Q - I'm concerned about customers texting for information instead of talking to one of our Sales People...can the vehicle codes be disabled during business hours and activated again after hours?
A - Yes! We've added a disable feature for your vehicle codes. This will allow you to still receive the lead, but no vehicle information will be sent, so we advise dealerships to have a memeber of their sales team follow up with that lead as soon as possible.
